Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, provides direct-care
services and supervision of all clients and is responsible for the
development and implementation of individual programs plans.
Assures that all persons working with the clients focus their efforts on
attaining the objectives/goals specified in the individual treatment
plan.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, two or more years of college preferred. Experience in working with IDCFS populations, children and families. Must complete minimum 60 hours of pre-service training on preparing adolescents for independence.
