Research and Education
The Behavioral Health Care Center provides intensive outreach, monitoring, advocacy, counseling, and mental health case management services that identify and utilize community resources for the overall benefit and support of the client and/or family members. The program services also provide clinical intervention to individuals, groups and communities whose economic and psychosocial functioning has been impaired as a result of one's own or another's alcohol or chemical dependency.
